Admin Password Reset Not Working.

Hi all,

One of our junior tech guys changed the admin password and misplaced it. I wetn into recovery mode this morning and did a admin password reset (which should now be admin/passwd) but i cannot log in with those details.

Any ideas? I really cant afford to do a factory reset.
