Upgrade will not apply

I've noticed this on a few Untangle boxes that we have. Every time you apply updates to Untangle, we have a box or two that seem to not allow the updates. What happens is I apply the update, it will go through the whole procedure and act as if its installing it. Right after you go to apply it the untangle reboots and it shows back at the top that the update was not applied.

Usually I just deal with it till the next upgrade, which usually fixes it. Is there any other solution?
