So I have a untangle that blew up and I needed to setup a router until I can get a replacement untangle. This was a new client so we did not have the config information anywhere except in the untangle.
We do have a config backup so I came up with this great idea to boot up vmware workstation on my pc and install untangle...(2 hours later not so great of an idea).it was going so great until I got to the wizard and it says I only have 1 nic and will not go any further....I have tried all possible settings with nics and can not get past the screen.. I even found where I can install via this http://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/V...ribution_Build and install in demo mode but after following the link in that article it was the same install and no option for demo mode.
I did find the config a different way but would still like to know how I can install untangle in demo mode with 1 nic so I can show people of use it to get info from configs.
