Install UT on a box with single NIC (Need only for VPN-web filtering)

Howdy folks,

Technically, I understand that routers need two NIC's. I would like to install UT on a dedicated server and use it for VPN only. I am outside US and would use it to watch Hulu.com etc. The web filtering, ad block etc would be an added advantage. My question is whether UT can be installed on a server with one NIC?
