Enable Outside HTTPS Access on 10.0

Hi,

I've installing UT 10.0 but could not access web management from outside network. On 9.4.x, there is a check box menu "Enable Outside HTTPS" on Administration menu but there is no such menu on 10.0.

Do I missed some basic information on 10.0 remote access from outside network?
