First time setup

I am setting up my first server to a verizon box.


Let say my external IP from untangle to verizon box is 192.168.1.250, Gateway 192.168.1.1

My Internal is 10.31.22.1

My Vlan box is 10.31.22.2

My Access Point is 10.31.22.3

How do I get internet out to my access point? What would my gateway be set as out on the VLan and Access point? Do I need to forward a port? I am so new to this please help with configuration.
