Konica Bizhub FTP using IIS - blocked?

Hello and thanks for the help,

I cannot get this Copier to scan through FTP with Untangle.

We have Untangle deployed as router on our network. Previously there was no firewall.

We have a Windows 2k8 r2 Server using IIS for the FTP Access for scans to network. SMB mode does not work with this relic Konica Bizhub 7222, at least as far as i can gather, with Win 2k8 Server.

When scanning via FTP i get n-81 network not found (an error about check the wire, check username pass, ect)

I have put bypasses and nat filters and port forwards all to no avail.

now, in the Untangle Connection tester console, i can connect to port 21.

Any insight of what i need to do? the Konica is internal and it is not using PASV mode.


Also another quickie,

Since the untangle deployment, Email PDF Attachments being forwarded have been corrupted at random to our recipients. We use Godaddy POP email, as they don't want to pay for exchange.
