Can't Connect to Console

We have an untangle server that was working fine at our remote store and when I tried to log into the web interface I am not getting the Untangle page. I tested logging on at the console using the client and nothing. I went into terminal and see the IP as correct so did a restart and still nothing, almost like the web server is not running

Any ideas?
