Untangle blocking outgoing mail

1. I have installed Untangle in an ESXI environment.
2. Setup two NIC's one for internal and other for external.
3. Both vSwitches are in promiscuous mode.
4. I have disabled Scan outgoing mail.

Here is my problem. I only use these modules (spam,virus and phishing ) and when all modules are turned off it will allow my exchange server to pass mail. I have tried one by one and mail gets blocked still.
