Untangle no longer booting

Hello everyone, I'm a bit green when it comes to this software, but I was initially able to get everything installed and configured correctly. I've had been running the software for nearly 6 months with no problem. Few days ago, I shut the machine the software runs on down and now I can no longer get it to come back up. All I'm seeing on boot now is the following.

* Starting ClamAV daemon clamd
...done
* Stopping ClamAV daemon clamd
...done
* Starting ClamAV daemon clamd
...done
* Stopping ClamAV daemon clamd
...done
* Starting ClamAV daemon clamd
...done
* Stopping ClamAV daemon clamd
...done

It starts/stops the Clamav daemon over and over and will go no further. anyone have any idea's? I can get in and restore to factory if need be, but I would really like to avoid that if at all possible.
