v10 Restore - All vs Everything but network settings?

Quick question:

What is the technical difference between the two? I have played with both options but am having trouble getting the concrete differences between what is and isn't restored when selecting to restore without network settings.

I just don't want to miss any settings which may not be included during the 'standard configuration' restore.
